Whanau /Tamariki Ora Well Child Service
Key principle:
Whanau Tamariki Ora Well Child service provides growth and developmentmental checks from birth to 5 years of age. This involves assessment, education, advice and support from Registered Nurses (RN) and additional support from Kaiawhina kaimahi for the whanau of the pepi / tamariki.

Our focus is to provide
- 8 well child developmental core checks
- 4-6 weeks
- 8-10 weeks

- 2-3 years

- Additional support visits as required
- Birth – 5 weeks
- 4 months
- 7 months
- 12 months
- 18 months

- Immunisations are encouraged with your general pracitioner, but we do offer immunisations in the home.
