The RAP gives rangatahi the best chance at gaining NCEA Level 2 or an equivalent qualification by helping them to take control of their learning. RAP is a programme offered by the Toiora Whanau.
We unite the whanau with schools or private training establishments to help you succeed. How we do this will be different for everyone. This is your future. You tell us where you want to be and we will help you get there. Feel free to pass the details onto anyone you know who might be interested. We’d love to meet them too.
Do I need NCEA Level 2?
Most employers and tertiary courses require applicants to have at least NCEA Level 2 qualifications under their belts. Employment and tertiary qualifications can open up a world of opportunities. The short answer is Yes! You need it!
